The Inside Edge with Bianka

Favorite dance: Foxtrot, Cha Cha

Favorite shoe brand: Ray Rose

Must-do ritual before the competition:

Check all things I will need on the competition: shoes with heel protectors, tights, dress, accessories for hair, makeup, track suit, kimono, magnesium, water, bananas. Doing last minute shopping one day before leaving to the competition so that nothing is missing. On the day of competition, I like to have a good rest, take a nap, then I give myself 2 hours time to prepare before leaving the room. I like to be in the hall 2 hours before the competition starts.

Advice to competitors:

Inspire yourself before practice so you can work hard and enjoy yourself completely at the competition.

Favorite thing to do when not on the dance floor:

There is not a lot of time off the dance floor but when I do have free time, I like to design dresses. I have a huge collection of different pictures that inspires me. This is the second thing after the dancing that makes me really excited.
