1. How does membership work?
DanceSport Place members have access to our entire video library, for as long as they subscribe, paying the monthly/yearly membership fee. We release new videos monthly, exclusively for members.
Our unique subscription service provides our members with the latest, most up-to-date information for competitive dancers.
Our video coaches are themselves world class competitors and instructors, who love to share their passion for dance. DanceSport Place members receive their valuable information for a fraction of the cost of a traditional coaching lesson. Read more about our coaches by clicking here.
2. Is the payment a recurring charge or a one-time purchase?
It is a monthly membership fee of $14.95, which is automatically charged every month, until you cancel. There is no long term commitment with our monthly subscription commitments and you can cancel at any time.
We also offer an annual subscription option, billed at $149.50 annually.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
4. How can I cancel? Can I get a refund?
You can cancel at anytime by logging into your account and clicking the “Subscriptions” heading. Cancel by clicking on the “Cancel” link, next to your subscription details.
We do not offer refunds or pro-rate for the month that has been paid for. If you would like to cancel, please do so before the next billing cycle to avoid a future payment. Accounts must be cancelled prior to the renewal date to end account charges.
5. How do I change my password?
Log in to your account. On the home page of your account, you’ll see the link “Change Password”.
6. How do I update my credit card or address?
Log in to your account. Scroll down your account dashboard to either the “Subscriptions” heading. Click on the “Update” link.
