After months of preparation and training, the 6 finalists went head to head for the finale of the premiere season of SBTN’s reality series “You Can Dance!” The finalists were determined from a combination of professional judges scores and viewer call in votes. The champion was ultimately selected by the professionals judging panel.

The winning routine was a dreamy and steamy rumba, choreographed by Erik and set to the passionate song “Satisfy My Soul” by Paul Carrack. This dance showcased Mai Tran’s beautiful lines and poise, which were admired by the judges and audience voters alike.

All the contestants and professionals gave fantastic performances to make this premiere season of “You Can Dance!” a huge success. The show’s producers, Dancesation, devoted themselves tirelessly to making the show a top quality production.
You Can Dance! was the highest rated show on SBTN evening programming, so stay tuned for a new season to begin in 2011.
